- Full refund of government and service fees will be issued.

3.2 Cancellation After Submission
If cancellation is requested after submission to the government authority:
- No refund of government or service fees is available.
- Administrative service is considered fully rendered upon submission.
3.3 Visa Refusal by Government Authority
If the visa application is officially refused by the government authority:
- Government fee is non-refundable.
- Service fee will be refunded, provided that:
- The refusal was not caused by false, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by the applicant.
- Refund is requested within 30 days of refusal notice.
3.4 Visa Approval
If the visa is approved:
- No refund of any fees is available.
- This applies regardless of travel cancellation, schedule change, or personal circumstances.
3.5 Duplicate or Erroneous Payments
Where duplicate or incorrect charges occur due to technical or processing error:
- Full refund of the duplicate or erroneous amount will be issued after verification.
3.6 Failure to Provide Required Information
If processing cannot continue because you fail to provide requested documents, or provide inaccurate or fraudulent information, then no refund is required where permitted by law.
4. Special Circumstances

If a verified technical failure prevents service delivery, you may receive either a full refund or reprocessing at no additional cost.
