By purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.


1. Nature of the Service

Our services are non-tangible digital administrative services delivered electronically.

Service performance may begin immediately after successful payment confirmation. By completing payment, you expressly request immediate service delivery and acknowledge that this may affect cancellation or refund rights where legally permitted and subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Fee Structure

Total charges may include:

  • Government fee paid to the relevant authority for visa processing
  • Service fee charged by the Company for administrative assistance and support

2.1 Government Fees

Government fees are:

  • Transferred to the relevant authority upon submission
  • Non-refundable once submission occurs
  • Outside the Company’s control

2.2 Service Fees

Service fee refund eligibility depends on the stage of processing, as described below.

3. Refund Eligibility by Scenario

3.1 Cancellation Before Submission

If you request cancellation before the application is submitted to the government authority:

  • A full refund of government and service fees will be issued
  • The request must be submitted promptly after payment and before submission begins

3.2 Cancellation After Submission

If cancellation is requested after submission to the government authority:

  • Government fees are non-refundable
  • Service fees are non-refundable
  • Administrative service is considered rendered upon submission

3.3 Visa Refusal by Government Authority

If the visa application is officially refused by the government authority:

  • Government fee is non-refundable
  • Service fee will be refunded provided that:
    • The refusal was not caused by false, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by the applicant
    • The refund request is submitted within 30 days of the refusal notice

3.4 Visa Approval

If the visa is approved:

  • No refund of any fees is available
  • This applies regardless of travel cancellation, schedule changes, or personal circumstances

3.5 Duplicate or Erroneous Payments

If duplicate or incorrect charges occur due to a verified technical or processing error:

  • A full refund of the duplicate or erroneous amount will be issued after verification

3.6 Failure to Provide Required Information

If processing cannot continue because you:

  • Fail to provide requested documents, or
  • Provide inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information

no refund will be due where legally permitted and subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Special Circumstances

4.1 Technical Errors Attributable to the Company

If a verified technical failure on our side prevents service delivery, we may offer:

  • A full refund, or
  • Reprocessing at no additional cost

at our discretion where appropriate.

4.2 Force Majeure Events

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • War or civil unrest
  • Government actions or restrictions
  • Pandemics
  • Internet or infrastructure failures

Refund requests in such cases may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis where required by law.

  • 60 days — duplicate payment or billing error

If a chargeback is initiated for a valid, delivered service, we may — where legally permitted — submit evidence to dispute the claim, recover associated administrative costs, and suspend related services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, refund rights are limited to those described in this Policy. The Company is not responsible for:

  • Government decisions
  • Visa refusals
  • Travel outcomes or losses
