1. Who we are
evis.ma is operated by Nomora Digital Services, Inc., a Delaware C Corporation registered in the United States under file number 10498370 (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are a private company that provides administrative assistance to travellers applying for a Morocco eVisa.
2. We are not a government website
We are not a government agency, embassy, consulate or immigration authority. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco or any other government.
3. Using our service is optional
You can apply for a Morocco eVisa directly through the official government channels and pay only the government fee. Our service is an optional, paid convenience: we help you prepare, check and submit your application, and we support you until a decision is issued.
4. What you pay
Our total price includes:
- the government fee, which is passed to the relevant authority;
- our service fee for the assistance we provide.
The government fee is non-refundable once your application has been submitted. Service fee refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
5. Decisions are made by the authorities
Only the competent Moroccan authorities decide whether an eVisa is approved or refused, and on what conditions. We cannot influence that decision and we do not guarantee approval. An approved eVisa does not guarantee entry into Morocco; the final decision is made by border control on arrival.
6. Processing times are estimates
Our usual processing times — Standard 1–3 business days, Urgent 1 business day — are estimates, not guarantees. Government processing, security checks, or incomplete or incorrect information can cause delays outside our control.
7. Information on this website
The guides, articles and country pages on this website are general information only. They are not legal or immigration advice. Entry requirements can change without notice. We work to keep our content accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete or up to date at all times. Details of Moroccan embassies and consulates are compiled from publicly available sources and may change. Please confirm addresses, opening hours and services directly with the mission before your visit. We do not represent any embassy or consulate.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you submit. We are not responsible for a refusal or delay caused by incorrect, false or incomplete information.
