Quick Answer
Core Information
Most eligible Belarusians already hold the document they need
A Belarusian passport does not qualify on its own — but for once the condition is one many applicants already meet. A multiple-entry Schengen visa, common among Belarusian travellers, is usually enough on its own.
For Belarusians the qualifying document is increasingly a Polish residence card. The wave of emigration to Poland after 2020 means the paperwork that opens Morocco's eVisa is now more often earned in Warsaw than issued in Minsk.
Which documents make you eligible
Eligibility rests on a second document you already hold. Morocco accepts two kinds, and they are not interchangeable — one is a visa, the other a residence permit:
An accepted multiple-entry sticker visa. A valid multiple-entry visa issued by the Schengen Area, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan or Ireland. It must remain valid for at least 90 days from your arrival in Morocco. A single-entry visa does not qualify.
An accepted residence permit. A valid residence permit issued by any European Union country, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Norway, Switzerland or the United Arab Emirates. It must remain valid for at least 180 days from your arrival.
The document must be genuine, currently valid and in your own name. Because these conditions decide the whole trip, confirm yours with the eligibility check before you rely on it.
Where Belarusian applicants usually qualify
Belarusians frequently hold multiple-entry Schengen visas, often issued by neighbouring Poland or Lithuania for regular travel, and that is the most common qualifying document. A residence permit from an EU country works in the same way. A Belarusian passport with neither does not qualify for the eVisa.
If you hold none of these documents
Then the eVisa is not available, and you would apply for a consular visa at the Moroccan mission responsible for Belarus.
